Visit by students from the 4th Junior High School of Arta

It was with great pleasure that we welcomed the first-year students from the 4th Junior High School of Arta today, who had the opportunity to experience cutting-edge technologies firsthand and get a taste of how technology can transform the future.

We presented interactive augmented reality applications, demonstrating how this technology bridges the physical and digital worlds.

We explained to the students how computer vision algorithms can “see” and “understand” their surroundings, and we showed them how these algorithms are used to track and monitor birds as part of the AMVRADIA research project.

The drone demonstration was one of the most impressive parts of the visit. The students watched it fly and learned how it works, as well as where it can be put to practical use.
